The band came together through a mutual appreciation of the blues greats. Our set comprises of upbeat foot tapping numbers played in the traditional Chicago, Texas and New Orleans styles. We're always hopeful of gaining new fans along the way!

Tidal Basis is an energetic and creative four or five piece covers band, based in Hertfordshire. We play a very broad range of popular songs from Alright Now by Free to What's Up by 4 Non Blondes. Our setlists also include modern classics bands and artists such as The Stereophonics, The Killers, Republica, Billie Eilish, Blink 182, The Buzzcocks, Stevie Wonder, Wild Cherry, T.Rex and so much more.

The Daffs
The original 3 piece band was formed in Thriplow in the early 90s (before Matt was born!). We had all been in bands in our teens and Nick from Newmarket was a holiday camp resident drummer. Thriplow’s original 50s/60s covers band rebranded especially for the daffodil weekend. Look out for Shadows, Beatles, Stones, Buddy Holly, Small Faces, Searchers, Elvis and more. Matt occasionally played drums with the band from the age of 10 but now enjoys guitar and keyboards. We all had original 60s equipment from our teens so our music style is late 50s and 60s rock and roll. Our set list includes songs from the Beatles, Stones, Shadows, Small Faces and more.

Greensward
Greensward are a new band inspired by the great British folk-rock bands of the 60s and 70s such as Fairport Convention, Steeleye Span, Richard and Linda Thompson and from this start point they explore later bands such as Lindisfarne, The Waterboys, Strawbs, Jethro Tull, All About Eve, The Levellers, Bonnie Light Horsemen….the band prize melody and harmony and bringing back to life some of the great music of the last 50 years with an even balance to the folk and the rock through the strong instrumental performance, driving rhythm section and variety of vocal blends available.
