The Mean Gran Beer Tent will be back by popular demand at the Taste of Thriplow during DW, offering a welcoming place for visitors to relax and refresh. Alongside our range of beers and spirits, we’ll also be serving freshly brewed, freshly ground coffee, tea, and a variety of soft drinks, including water and other non-alcoholic options. Whether you’re looking for a morning pick-me-up or a refreshing break during the day, the beer tent is the perfect place to stop by.

Local Craft Beers on Tap

We’re delighted to once again feature a fantastic selection of local craft beers. Our friends at Wylde Sky Brewery return for a second year, bringing their distinctive ales back to the festival. Joining them is Cambridge Pale Ale from Moonshine Brewery in Cambridge, along with two exciting beers from SG Brewing in Coggeshall, who are appearing at the event for the first time. It’s a great opportunity to support small, independent breweries—particularly at a time when the hospitality sector faces real challenges—so come along and sample some outstanding local craft beer.

Gin, Music and Festival Atmosphere

Also returning by popular demand is the Pinkster’s Gin Bar. Pinkster’s have been wonderful supporters of the Thriplow Daffodil Weekend in recent years, and we’re delighted to welcome them back with their excellent range of gins and cocktails. Grab a gin and tonic, settle onto the straw bales, enjoy a bite to eat, and soak up the atmosphere while listening to some fantastic live music. The Mean Gran Beer Tent is the place to be for great drinks, good company, and a relaxed festival vibe. 🍻
